1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OzloStream services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users, subscribers and visitors of ozlostream.com.

2. Service Description

OzloStream provides Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming services. We act as a technology provider offering access to publicly available content streams including live TV channels, video on demand content, and electronic programme guide data.

3. Subscription and Payments

All subscription plans are prepaid in US Dollars. Available plans: 1 Month ($8.99), 3 Months ($20.99), 6 Months ($32.99), and 12 Months ($45.99). Each subscription provides access for one device at a time. Subscriptions do not auto-renew.

4. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information, use the service for personal non-commercial use only (unless enrolled in our reseller programme), not redistribute or share credentials, not attempt to reverse-engineer any part of our service, and comply with all applicable laws.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Report any suspected unauthorised use immediately to our support team.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.99% uptime, OzloStream does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

7. Content Disclaimer

OzloStream does not produce, own or host the content accessible through our service. We aggregate publicly available streams and provide the technology to access them. Channel availability may vary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OzloStream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the current subscription period.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to our refund policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by applicable international laws. Disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation first.
