How to Install IBO Player
On Android Phones and Tablets
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android device
- Search for "IBO Player"
- Tap Install and wait for the download to complete
- Open the app after installation
- Note down the Device ID and Key shown on screen
- Send these details to OzloStream support for playlist activation
On Amazon Fire TV Stick
- From the Fire TV home screen, go to Find > Search
- Type "IBO Player" and select it from results
- Click Download or Get
- Once installed, open IBO Player
- Note the Device ID and Key
- Contact OzloStream support with these credentials for activation
On Samsung Smart TV
- Press the Home button on your Samsung remote
- Navigate to Apps
- Use the search function to find "IBO Player"

How to Add Your IPTV Playlist
After installing IBO Player on your device, you need to activate your OzloStream playlist. There are two methods:
Method 1: Remote Activation (Recommended)
- Open IBO Player on your device
- On the dashboard, note your Device ID and Key
- Send these to OzloStream support via WhatsApp or email
- Our team will remotely activate your playlist within minutes
- Restart IBO Player and your channels will appear automatically
Method 2: XC Playlist (Manual)
- Open IBO Player and go to the playlist section
- Select "Add XC Playlist"
- Enter the Server URL, Username and Password provided by OzloStream
- Give your playlist a name (e.g., "OzloStream")
- Click Add and wait for channels to load
Navigating IBO Player
Once your playlist is activated, you will see three main sections in IBO Player:
- Live TV: Browse all your live channels organized by country and category. Use the search function to quickly find specific channels.
- Movies: Access the full VOD library with over 150,000 movies. Browse by genre, year or search by title.
- Series: Watch complete TV series with all episodes organized by season.
Adding Channels to Favourites
While watching a channel, press the menu button on your remote and select "Add to Favourites". Your favourite channels will appear in a dedicated section for quick access.
Searching Channels
Use the search icon in the Live TV section to find channels by name. This is especially useful when browsing through thousands of available channels.
Troubleshooting
- Channels not loading: Restart the app and check your internet connection. Ensure your subscription is active.
- Buffering issues: Use a wired ethernet connection when possible. Minimum 15 Mbps recommended for 4K content.
- App crashes: Clear the app cache in Settings and ensure you have the latest version installed.
- No EPG data: Go to Settings and refresh the EPG guide. This may take a few minutes to download.
